As I paint live on-site, guests get to watch the process unfold, adding a special and interactive element to your celebration. Not only is it beautiful entertainment, but the finished piece becomes a one-of-a-kind keepsake you’ll treasure for years to come.
Fill out the inquiry form to confirm if your date is available. If I’m available, we’ll discuss investment and additional details about your special day. We can also schedule a quick, no-pressure video consultation. Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll prepare a contract where 25% of the total cost is due at booking.
We’ll have a final consultation either by phone or email four weeks prior to the wedding. This way, we can finalize all the details to ensure smooth planning on your special day. The remaining balance is also due at this time.
I’ll arrive approximately 3-4 hours before the ceremony to setup and begin painting the background of the moment you want captured. I’ll take high quality reference photos to ensure every detail of your special moment will be painted perfectly. As the night unfolds, guests will be entertained while watching the painting come to life. At the end of the evening, you‘ll be presented with a mostly-finished painting. I always take the painting back to my studio to finish making it perfect.
I’m a bit of a perfectionist, so the painting always comes back to my studio after the wedding to finish. After I think the painting is perfect, I‘lol send you a photo of the finished piece. Once you’ve approved the finished product, I’ll apply a protective varnish to seal the painting.
Final turnaround time can take approximately 2-4 months from the wedding date during peak seasons. If local, the painting with be hand delivered at a time and date that we agree upon. If non-local, the painting will be securely packaged and delivered by mail. A tracking number I’ll be supplied to you at that time.
